I've finally ordered an Andriod tablet online. At about 1/7 the cost of a new iPad2. We'll see when it arrives from China in 3 weeks if it's all it's cracked up to be. The screen is only 7 inches wide, but it has a funky yellow back case.
Gee, I just thought of the old internet meme "ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring banana phone." Which could be me if I get skype on this thing on my wifi.
I couldn't picture why I'd even need a tablet for the past year. I have my mac laptop at home and my iPhone and didn't think I was ever without a device that seemed activity appropriate.
That is until I started to read reddit on my iPhone and realized that some things like shopping and browsing could be improved with a slightly larger viewing screen.
Jeff recently got an Android phone, so once I knew it runs flash well, I figured it was time to look at tablets.
